Myrnabelle Roche Esq. has worked for many years as a civil litigation attorney handling complex and high exposure construction, property damage, real estate and commercial cases from inception to trial. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law, a Masters in Building Construction from the University of Florida M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction, and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida. Mrs. Roche concentrates in complex litigation with an emphasis on construction, professional liability, D&O policies and first-party insurance defense. Ms. Roche also acts as a private mediator. She is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Florida and has represented clients throughout the State of Florida. Ms. Roche is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Eleanor “Ellie” Weinberger, Esq. practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, first-party insurance defense, construction litigation, general liability (premises liability), insurance fraud, automobile insurance defense and PIP. Her experience includes representing both individual and corporate clients in state and federal courts in matters involving business disputes, contract disputes, real property, commercial real estate, construction, fraud and insurance defense. She has tried jury and bench trials in state and federal courts and has been counsel in reported appellate decision. Ms. Weinberger earned a Bachelors in Political Science from Tulane University and a Masters in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University, She earned her Juris Doctor in 1996 from George Washington University Law School. She is admitted to practice in Florida, Maryland, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Xiomara Cruz, Esq. is admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida, and also in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. She primarily handles first-party insurance defense, general liability, property damage, premises liability, construction defect, wrongful death, professional errors and omissions, and personal injury defense matters. Brendan Sweeney, Esq. started out his career as a trial attorney representing the state of Florida in criminal matters as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Court of Florida. Subsequently, he moved on to gain a deep understanding of real estate law and civil litigation while practicing with large international and national law firms. As a community minded person, Brendan regularly appears in court at shelter hearings as a pro bono attorney for the Guardian Ad Litem of Broward County. Additionally, Attorney Sweeney is a graduate of Leadership Broward Class of XXXIV where he served as a Chairperson for the awareness campaign of a local non-profit organization.
